We’re Natascha and Cillian — the hearts behind STEADFAST.
We are passionate about helping people build a life that’s strong, joyful, and full of peace — no matter what challenges they face.
Our love story with Cambodia began in 2015, during our first volunteer experience with an NGO. From the very first moment, we fell in love with the people, the culture, and the beauty of this country. In March 2019, after completing degree work we were ready to return. We have spent the last seven years building, growing, and learning alongside the incredible people who call this place home.
In Cambodia, Cillian built the Fundraising and Donor Care Department at ICF Cambodia, while Natascha and her Cambodian team developed education programs for children and youth — from early childhood right up to university level.

Over the years, we’ve met countless children and teenagers who faced poverty, violence, or bullying — yet refused to give up. They inspired us deeply. But we kept asking ourselves:
Why do some rise stronger while others lose hope?
That question led us into the heart of what we now teach: Resilience — the ability to stay strong, hopeful, and peaceful, not when life is perfect, but right in the middle of the storm.
Natascha is a certified Resilience and Life Competence Specialist, and she also holds a certification that qualifies her to lead workshops on bullying prevention and conflict resolution for schools, NGOs, parents, and other community groups.
Cillian holds a Bachelor in Social Business and is a certified Children’s Sports Coach and former Special Olympics Coach, he’s seen how sports can help kids grow in confidence, teamwork, and perseverance. He runs sports programs for children and youth that combine movement with resilience principles.

Our own resilience journey has changed us, too. We’ve learned to face challenges with peace, to find strength in growth, and to live life with more joy and gratitude. With STEADFAST, our mission is simple:
To show that a joyful, healthy, happy, and peaceful life isn’t waiting for you “someday” — it’s possible now, even with the challenges you face.
You deserve that life.
So why wait?
So why wait?

Meet Sela & David
We’re Sela and David, and we’ve been friends with Natascha and Cillian for several years.
You’ll see us in most of the course videos, as we are their translators and guides throughout the content.
We didn’t just translate the teachings — we learned them ourselves. This is not just a Western concept dropped into Cambodia. Natascha and Cillian have spent a lot of time thinking about how to make the lessons relevant and practical for Cambodian culture.
Many online courses can feel distant or hard to apply because the examples don’t match our daily lives. This course was created by foreigners who have lived in Cambodia for years, love this country deeply, and understand what works for people here.We are passionate about learning, and we are convinced that resilience is something Cambodia truly needs.
This course is practical, relatable, and made for us.
